The app
Holdfast helps you limit your own use of apps on your Android phone. You choose which apps to hold. You are responsible for how you use it.
Locks
A running lock is meant to stay until its time is up. You can use one emergency unlock per week, and you can always uninstall the app. Do not rely on Holdfast for situations where you need a phone app to be reachable (for example emergency calls or work you cannot miss).
Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play. A free trial, if offered, shows its length and end date before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime in Google Play, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
