Lock the apps that eat your day.

Holdfast stands between you and the apps you open without thinking. A short wait, or a lock that won't move until the time is up.

How it works

Choose the apps that pull you in.
Opening one asks you to wait. The wait starts at 5 seconds and grows 5 seconds with every open that day.
Start a lock for 15 minutes to 3 hours. Until it ends, the app stays covered.
Close is always one tap. You decide how often you walk away.

Free and Premium

Free: hold 1 app, locks up to 30 minutes. Premium: hold as many apps as you choose, locks up to 3 hours. One emergency unlock a week for everyone.

Android only. Holdfast needs Usage access and Display over other apps to work. It does not use Accessibility and never reads what is on your screen.
