Who we are

What stays on your phone
To work, Holdfast uses Usage access to see which app is in front, and keeps on your device: the list of apps you chose to hold, your lock settings, and a short history of pauses and locks (up to 8 days). This information is not sent to us. We do not use the Accessibility service and we never read what is on your screen.
What leaves your phone

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location or the names of the apps you hold. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and crash reports are off until you allow them. Elsewhere they start on and you can switch them off in Settings.
- You can delete everything on your phone by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
- To ask about or delete analytics linked to your anonymous id, write to hi@appvenue.io. [TO CONFIRM: how the id is shown to the person in Settings.]
Retention
Analytics and crash data are kept for [DATA PENDING] months. On-device history is kept up to 8 days.
Children
Holdfast is not designed for children under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we update the date above and tell you in the app.
