Common questions
The pause screen does not appear.
Check that Usage access and Display over other apps are on for Holdfast, and that battery saver is not stopping it. Some phones (Xiaomi, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo) need Holdfast set to "No restrictions" in battery settings.
How do I stop a lock early?
A running lock cannot be cancelled on purpose. Each person gets one emergency unlock per week: hold the button for 10 seconds. You can always uninstall the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in Google Play: Play Store, profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Holdfast, Cancel.
